Periodically, Xenos Christian Fellowship of Cincinnati offers classes that fulfill our "Core Bible and Ministry Training" series.  This entire series of classes is not only beneficial for anyone's spiritual growth, but is also required for those who hold official leadership positions in our church.  In some cases, equivalent courses taken elsewhere can substitute for these courses.  Also, the courses are not required to initially be placed into leadership positions, but it is expected that these courses (or equivalent) would be completed in a reasonable period of time after a leadership position is assumed.
